Private Label Factory actively engages in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices - not out of obligation, but from the belief that we can positively impact lives globally. Participating in our group's ESG program 'Wellma x LIFE,' we have created a strategic framework to maximize this impact. Our approach is based on four pillars and aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. We have developed a list of targeted initiatives with defined objectives and performance indicators, on which we continuously work and regularly review progress. Further details on our ESG activities and progress will be presented in our first ESG report, due to be released later this year.

Private Label Factory Deutschland GmbH acts in accordance with the law and considers compliance therewith to be the highest priority. We all undertake to comply with the statutory provisions of the legal system within which we act. Violations of the law must be avoided at all costs. In order to monitor our compliance with all pertinent rules and regulations, as well as the related ethical considerations of corporate governance, we have decided to introduce a compliance system.
